The moments that define you are already on their way. This is where you get ready to truly meet them.

Bring SAMARA
In to speak
Samara Bay, Founder and CEO, Permission Inc.
WHat’s ready to emerge?
The speech that changes the conversation.
The pitch that finally gets funded at the level it deserves.
The idea you've carried for years that's ready for daylight.
Your next era as a leader... an author… a public figure… a voice that gets heard.
I help big-hearted, big-ambition people meet the moments that matter most so what’s ready to emerge finally—beautifully—does.
Here’s what I know from advising global business leaders, Hollywood creatives, changemaking founders, and rising superstars on their most public moments:
There’s the ticket and there’s the ride.
The ticket is what you know you need right now: getting your messaging right, prepping for the press tour or the big presentation or your new role, telling the story of your life, calming the damn nerves so your body doesn’t undercut your genius.
But the ride is who you need to become to do that at scale and on your own terms.
Because speaking is never just speaking:
It’s the business of connection. It’s how you practice power. It’s how you hold your ideas in public so they crackle and spread. It’s how you show up—heart and soul—when everyone’s watching and everything’s on the line and do justice to your ideas.
This is the ride.
I work one-on-one and lead groups around the world blending neuroscience, power literacy, and a surprisingly joyful approach to the moments that matter most.

"Samara’s unique perspective was eye-opening for our employees that do not speak English as a first language. Her magnetic gift for storytelling really takes you on a self-awareness journey that makes you want to listen with more intention and pump up your own volume.”

“Working with Samara was a total gamechanger. I went to one of the best business schools in the country. But you know what they don’t teach? How to show up in a pitch meeting with a story that reveals your heart. Or how to own your voice. Or how to speak so investors lean in. Samara’s coaching was an essential piece of my company’s success story.”

“Samara was incredible. We hoped she would help a cohort of corporate climate influencers develop confidence as speakers. But what she actually did was show us how to mute the self-doubt and imposter syndrome, and teach us to relish the elements of our communication that make us unique and authentic—the kind of qualities that we want from our leaders.”

"Samara’s workshop truly got 125 colleagues buzzing. Her framing on public speaking and on using our voices better is inspiring, fresh, instantly applicable, and literally exactly what the world needs now. One of my favorite AHA moments: Samara suggested that what matters when we speak is caring out loud. We all need to bring that approach to work."
– Andrea Rothschild, Strategic Advisor, Hill+Knowlton Strategies Global

"You are truly a magical instructor and facilitator. You stretched us in the most productive ways. When the work felt difficult, you would hold up a mirror for us to be able to see ourselves—reminding us of things we had said or written, as a way to stoke the little fire burning inside our bellies. I love the work you are doing. And I love that I get to continue to float around in this shared, sacred, solar system with you."
– Alina Caceres, Healthcare Leader

“I walked away from Samara's workshop with clarity: when we stand before investors we bring more than ideas; we bring a revolution. Our pitches are not serenades of conformity, but roars of defiance. We are the mischievous minds presenting solutions to big problems. We are humanizing.”
Isabell Springer, Founder and Psychotherapist
